Back from Italy and now on my way to Delhi, with TradeLens on my mind…

The digitalisation of our industry remains one of my key areas of interest, from my early days with CargoSmart in 1999 to the latest wave underway today. I am a curious observer of the industry, and when I come across start-ups and innovations, my first question is: “What problems does it solve? ? i.e. what value does it add?”
