Seko Logistics has voluntarily dismissed its case against the U.S. over its temporary suspension from an import program for “de minimis” shipments, according to a filing Tuesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
The notice of dismissal did not elaborate on the decision by Seko, which moves more than 14 million parcels every month and serves e-commerce brands like Shein.

Market volatility sees forwarders shy away from long-term deals

Forwarders are increasingly opting to partner with e-commerce shipping services.
Easyship, an online shipping platform, has expanded its arrangement with U-Freight to partner with Seko Logistics.

Seko Logistics moves swiftly along acquisition trail with two strategic buys

Acquisitive Seko Logistics says it is “ready to talk” to more potential partners, after announcing it had bought customs brokerage and compliance consultancy GoodShip International.
By acquiring Chicago-headquartered GoodShip, which caters to both air and ocean clients on transpacific eastbound cargo, Seko is continuing the expansion plan it announced last year.
