Comment / M&A radar: DFDS talks road transport turkey with Ekol

Danish ro-ro and logistics operator DFDS has confirmed that it’s talking to Turkish transport group Ekol Logistics about acquiring its international road haulage business.

No price has yet been put on the possible deal, partly due to the way corporate acquisitions work in Turkey.
